  5. The ABS Accounts Receivable System is designed to track and control all
  6. accounts receivable information for up to 999 companies.  It supports both
  7. open items and balance forward customers simultaneously, and it allows users
  8. to define multiple aging categories and finance charges.  A flexible payment
  9. entry feature supports multiple payments:  pay by invoice, pay on account, pay
  10. through a specified date, pay finance charges, allocate discounts allowed, and
  11. apply credits.  The system maintains complete customer profiles, prints
  12. customer labels and statements, and allows users to display a variety of
  13. transaction and reference data directly on the screen.  Reports generated by
  14. the system allow users to monitor delinquent accounts, credit balances, credit
  15. history, and account distribution.  The system interfaces with these ABS
  16. modules:  General Ledger, Wholesale Distribution, Point of Sale, Recurring
  17. Billing, and Job Cost.  Single and multi-user versions are available.  The
  18. version 7 release includes windows, search routines, hot keys, and an on-line
  19. calculator.
